its pretty safe to say you need to shoot that guy in his legs arms or mask because if it hits his vest he's probably not feeling anything. that is really rad though.

For high speed guy, I know how they feel, it feels good when your gun rof is 28 per second. Only the down fall is costing you money. BUT IT FEELS GOOD!
