Ok so the final prototype we be in my hands on Monday. My partner in the business says that he took his current prototype and just re-lubed everything and got 580FPS out of it. I am a bit skeptical about his performance output but I will get a look for myself on Monday. The final unit will be for an M16 length inner barrel but I will be asking our machinist to port the same unit for M4's. Also in current prototype phase is the G&G M14 cylinder, the P90 cylinder, AK cylinder, and AUG cylinder. Of course I will keep you guys updated as the production line units become available.

Great news. We changed the bore diameter on our nozzle. We're getting just over 600FPS on 0.20g BB's on an M150 spring. This chrono reading was achieved on an Echo 1 M4 with a Madbull blue bucking and Madbull M16 length precision inner barrel. The final step is to get the unit anodized so take out all the little flaws. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's test.

Well the FPS dropped back down to 520 on that last setup since the air pressure blows the grease out of the nozzle so the air leaks again. We're working on a more permanent solution right now. We're thinking of the o-ring concept in the nozzle but not a rubber o-ring. Something hardier. I'm almost there, I can feel it. I can't wait to drop the new nozzle and cylinder into my SPR.

Thanks for the updates....Can't wait for the finished product. I hear someone on the team might be getting a G&G Sr-25 soon. I'm sure they're going to want one. Like I said put me down for one.

What brand SR25? Different manufacturers have different cylinders and cylinder head needle lengths.
