wow....okay... it was my firstime attending jericho in pendelton. it was fun. new field, new challenges. got to play 3 games force on force, chemical a chemical b (refurbished version of capture the flag with a twist), and triple threat. the safe area is very nicely covered. keeping us cooler, field is definitely deffirent then the simi valley jericho. that being said. i had to refrain from being my "normanator" personallity and had to dawn a milder patient "semi-only". fire overkill i saw myself in a whole new airsofter ......i might actually have to break out my systema now and spray paint my red cylinder "blue" hahahah. as for my "highlight " of the day.....the last game "triple threat" five BR memebers were separated from rest of team and were assigned to protect a certain area of the field ( jester , nade, blindfire hacker & me) we hid up in the trees/shrub up on the hillside. we were pretty well hidden. no on saw us.....they could hear our shots but not see us. as they "opfor" try to investigate and venture up into the hillside we took them out one by one, but on guy got up close to me (15 feet from me) didn't see me, i pulled out my AGX BB Shower Launcher, and shot in his direction scaring the CR*P outta him ...... it was pretty cool ....i was told later with that shot i cleared some branches outta the way! .....this game gave other BR members a chance to TRY and hunt us down! another funny moment .....techk was screaming out "BLINDFIRE"!!! I'M GONNA GET U! ;D

I think we did very well especially against trained US marines. At first we were corner at service road and surrounded by the marines. Great tactical from Jester to continuous attack the same area with full forces, I didn’t remember how many times I got hit and walk to the base but finally we gain grounds. My highlight was, jester and I rush in to the city searching for the chemical, and I was hiding in the bushes took out three marines, one was let them 5 feet… Sorry! Didn’t know who he was. It was fun and likes to do it again soon.

sounds like a great day guys. im sorry we missed it! by the time we got ourselves organized it was 1130!!!
regardless we didnt let our mishap eliminate our itch for airsoft. bwynn and i went to simi jericho where we forged some new relationships with local teams. we had the opportunity to play with Bad Company and several others in the bank heist and diamond smugglers games. fun times.

As we were leaving I approached Nades who was talking to Peter the pizza guy from Jericho Simi. I joined the conversation and was glad to hear some positive feedback from him on BR. He had mentioned both kids and adults enjoy playing with or against members of Blackrain. It makes me proud to be a part of BR when hearing comments like these. If we keep this up I believe we can be one of the best teams in So Cal. Of course we always improving our game every opportunity we can get to play with each other......YYYYUUUUAAAA!!!!!!

It was a great day. For all the people that came out, BR and not, thanks, it was a fun time for all. Marinesn it was interesting to say the least playing you all, I'm looking forward to more games in the future. I got a chance to play in three games before I got too hungry to play anymore. The first game, force on force, I was doing ok, then got shot in the boot, which kind of bummed me out (it was in the begining. The following game was interesting, we all pretty much went the limit, running out of ammo late into the game, leading to the marines takingthe prize for that match. The final game, for me, was the best. 15 players were pulled out, 5 BR, 5 Marines, and 4+1 Ze Germans, each taking an area of the field to "protect" for as long as they can while the remainning forces take us all out. Well, the 5 BR members were the last ones to be taken, and even then it was a challenge. I got a little upset at the fact that my motor wire to my primary came loose during an engagement and I had to leave the field. Leaving my fellow insurgents/guerillas behind.
We did run into a few issues, like some players not calling hits (if they didn't see you after being shot), or "dead-men" talking and calling out positions to their live team members.
All in all, it was a great day, with great people. Look forward to doing again soon.
